These are short yardage pieces that are of the quality we normally sell, or fiber that arrived unspooled a bit, slightly spotted or snagged on the outside. These are perfectly good fibers but not what I would include in a kit or on the shelves. But I don t want them to go to waste! 

If items are listed as partial yardage only, you can assume they are in excellent condition, just short. All other defects are listed in the item description.
